Emotional Freedom Technique
Founded by Gary Craig, EFT is an easy to learn energy healing technique. Based on Chinese medicine, with its foundations in acupressure and acupuncture, EFT helps release blockages in the body's subtle energy system. The principles of this simple technique are based on the idea that unresolved emotions such as fear, anxiety, pain, sadness, guilt, shame, feelings of unworthiness, etc. often remain trapped in the subconscious.
