...facilitating freedom
Background from the horse's mouth, Lisa Christine LeBlanc
billywheeling is a form of energy healing incorporating elements of philosophy, psycho-shamanism, focusing, consciousness processes and hypnotherapy, and is based on the healing powers of unconditional love and non-judgment.

My intuition has always been strong, but after years of self-healing through focusing, psycho-shamanism and consciousness processes, special and unique abilities emerged. For a period, without knowing how else to describe it, I experienced what felt like “seeing into the souls of others.” As I became more in-tune with myself, I started being able to physically feel other people’s emotions: sadness, pain, joy, love, fear. Eventually I could feel physical ailments as well.

I attribute part of my ability to feel others to my experience with animals. I had always lived and, or worked with dogs, cats, fish, birds, rabbits, horses, gerbils and hamsters. Communicating with these little friends became important. Getting a message from or to a horse, for instance, is very different than with another human. So, to discern what may be frightening or causing some kind of discomfort for the animal, and in order to get my message across to them, I learnt and perfected the art of sensing. I learnt to feel the other as does the cat, dog, horse or any other animal. I am filled with gratitude for my animal teachers because, apart from teaching me so many lessons in patience and love, they have contributed greatly to my intuitive and empathic growth.

I was born with a natural curiosity for metaphysics. So as a teen I learnt palm reading and I used the Tarot and the Runes as oracles later into my twenties. As I continued my own healing journey I read hundreds of books about self-growth, psychology, philosophy, spirituality, hypnosis, past-lives, near-death-experiences, and psychic phenomenon. The more self-healing I pursued, the stronger grew my intuition and the ability to feel others, and the more conscious I became of what worked to develop my ability to help others.

Eventually, with much encouragement from my teachers and peers, I decided to do for others what I had been doing for myself for so many years. I started giving healings and readings online on a forum devoted to intuition development, where I had been using the handle "billywheeling." I had intuited the name and a couple of years later, during a past-life hypnotic regression, I discovered it had much more significance on a soul level than I could have possibly imagined. I launched this website in July, 2007, offering healings and intuitive readings professionally. Since then, I have done healings and readings for people all over the world. I have worked online and by telephone mostly.

After a little over a year sabbatical from doing healings, and rethinking the direction billywheeling needed to take, I became a certified hypnotherapist. Now billywheeling is streamlined into a well-rounded, more direct and effective healing modality. The difference is notable. Hypnotherapy is a very versatile tool. It can be used alone or successfully combined with just about any other healing modality. On a spiritual level, in the hands of a skilled spiritual teacher or energy worker, hypnotherapy can help open doors to gifts that reside in us all. billywheeling combined with hypnotherapy will do just that and much more for those seeking to expand, perceive and express the vastness of their own being.
